Duties & Responsibilities

Administer, monitor and troubleshoot HKIX network, HKIX-R&E network, FTNS and data centre management.
Provide network management system support and development, and manage asset inventory.
Perform project implementation including system setup, document preparation and UAT support.
Plan and implement network infrastructure.
Liaise and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Internet infrastructure services or related fields.
Proficiency in TCP/IP protocols, Internet routing, BGP, and data centre networking.
Solid experience in LAN switching, network security and management.
Hands-on experience in structured cabling system, Linux, Internet applications, ITIL concepts, and project management.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Excellent organisational, communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work independently to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, MDM, IAM, MFA, DLP, DRP, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing) is advantageous.

Full-time contract — 2 years initially, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement; contract-end gratuity provided.
