Duties & Responsibilities

Forge and manage strategic partnerships with international universities and organisations to drive student mobility and academic collaboration.
Develop and execute innovative global education initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes and intercultural competencies.
Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across education and government.

Hold a recognised degree with at least 5 years of work experience.
Demonstrate confident leadership, self-starter mentality, outgoing personality, and positive attitude with ability to build motivated teams.
Work effectively with people from different cultures, show enthusiasm for working with students, and maintain detail-oriented approach with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments.
Possess strong organisational, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Full-time, fixed-term contract of two years with potential re-appointment subject to mutual agreement.
