Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research resulting in publications in top-tier hospitality and tourism journals.
- Teach basic and advanced-level hospitality and tourism courses at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
- Provide service to the School of Hotel and Tourism Management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD in hospitality and tourism or a related field by the time of reporting for duty.
- Demonstrate promise as a scholar in the field.
- Have industry experience in related fields and/or grant experience (preferred).
- Specialize in areas such as AI and machine learning, behavioral science, healthcare and aging, sports and entertainment, or related areas (welcomed).
Appointment
- Full-time contract position for up to three years initially, with potential for longer-term appointment or substantiation upon demonstration of requisite performance and mutual agreement.
