Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as key member of the Business School's leadership team reporting to the Dean of Business Administration.
- Provide overall academic leadership and administration for the School of Hotel & Tourism Management.
- Enhance quality and reputation of academic programmes and research.
- Strengthen connections with business communities in hospitality and real estate sectors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong track record of scholarly eminence in hospitality and/or real estate with commitment to research and teaching excellence.
- Doctoral degree in hospitality, real estate, or related business disciplines.
- Strong record of teaching and research experience in a research university or tertiary institution.
- Administrative experience in tertiary institutions and/or companies with strong communication and networking skills.
- Strong established networks in hospitality and real estate industries.
- Previous studying or working experience outside Hong Kong is highly valued.
Appointment
- Full-time — Fixed-term contract for three years, subject to renewal as appropriate; academic appointment also to be made.
