Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead academic and administrative operations of the School of Hotel & Tourism Management.
- Report to the Dean of Business Administration as a key member of the leadership team.
- Enhance the quality and reputation of academic programmes and research.
- Strengthen connections with business communities in hospitality and real estate sectors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in hospitality, real estate, or related business disciplines.
- Demonstrate strong scholarly eminence and track record in hospitality and/or real estate.
- Have significant teaching and research experience in research universities or tertiary institutions.
- Possess administrative experience in tertiary institutions or companies with strong communication skills.
- Maintain established networks in the hospitality and real estate industries.
- Previous international work or study experience is highly valued.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract — three years, subject to renewal.
