Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead academic and administrative operations of the School of Hotel & Tourism Management.
  • Report to the Dean of Business Administration as a key member of the leadership team.
  • Enhance the quality and reputation of academic programmes and research.
  • Strengthen connections with business communities in hospitality and real estate sectors.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a doctoral degree in hospitality, real estate, or related business disciplines.
  • Demonstrate strong scholarly eminence and track record in hospitality and/or real estate.
  • Have significant teaching and research experience in research universities or tertiary institutions.
  • Possess administrative experience in tertiary institutions or companies with strong communication skills.
  • Maintain established networks in the hospitality and real estate industries.
  • Previous international work or study experience is highly valued.

Appointment

  • Fixed-term contract — three years, subject to renewal.
