Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research resulting in publications in top-tier hospitality and tourism journals.
- Teach basic and advanced-level hospitality and tourism courses at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
- Provide service to the School of Hotel and Tourism Management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD in hospitality and tourism or a related field by the time of reporting for duty.
- Be a promising or established scholar in hospitality and tourism management.
- For Associate or Full Professor rank: possess industry experience, expertise in program development and/or executive education, and proven track record in grants, contracts, or consultancy.
Appointment
- Full-time tenure-track or tenured position at all ranks (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor).
- Assistant Professor appointments normally made on contract basis for up to three years initially, possibly leading to longer-term appointment or substantiation.
- Exact rank and start date subject to negotiation.
