Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research resulting in publications in top-tier hospitality and tourism journals.
- Teach basic and advanced-level hospitality and tourism courses at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
- Render service to the School of Hotel and Tourism Management.
- For Associate and Full Professor ranks: demonstrate expertise in program development, executive education, grants management, and academic leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in hospitality and tourism or a related field (required by reporting date).
- Promising or established scholar with demonstrated research excellence.
- For Associate or Full Professor: preferred to have industry experience and proven track record in grants, contracts, or consultancy.
Appointment
- Full-time, tenure-track or tenured position at Assistant, Associate, or Professor rank.
- Assistant Professor positions normally offered on contract basis for up to three years initially, with potential for longer-term appointment or substantiation.
- Rank and exact start date subject to negotiation.
