Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research and secure external research grants with scholarly publications.
- Develop and strengthen academic and professional networks with local and international institutions.
- Provide leadership in programme and curriculum development for undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Engage in and lead research-related activities with colleagues and research postgraduate students.
- Participate actively as a community member within the University.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in a relevant area.
- Demonstrate active research with proven capacity and potential.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
- International experience is valued but not required.
- For Assistant Professor: strong research publication record and preferred expertise in tourism/hospitality in Asia, China, or Greater Bay Area.
