Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality research and produce scholarly publications and other significant research outputs.
Initiate and support research projects, secure external research grants and funding.
Strengthen academic and professional networks through collaborations with local and overseas institutions.
Provide leadership in programme and curriculum development at undergraduate to postgraduate levels.
Engage in and lead research-related activities with colleagues and research postgraduate students.
Participate as an active member of the university community.

Hold a doctoral degree and/or relevant prior degrees in the related area(s).
Demonstrate active research experience with proven capacity and potential.
Be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Possess strong scholarship, research, and publications record in the relevant field.
Have knowledge of or research focus in Asia, China, or the Greater Bay Area (preferred).
Demonstrate international experience and understanding of Hong Kong and/or China's educational context (preferred).
