Professor / Associate Professor – Hospitality Management

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality research and generate scholarly publications or significant research outputs.
Initiate and support research projects while securing external research grants and funding.
Strengthen academic and professional networks through collaborations with local and overseas institutions.
Provide effective leadership in programme and curriculum development at undergraduate to postgraduate levels.
Engage in and lead research-related activities with colleagues and research postgraduate students.
Participate actively in the University's community and undertake teaching duties as assigned.

Hold a doctoral degree and/or relevant prior degrees in Hospitality Management or related area.
Demonstrate active research capacity and potential with proven track record.
Be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with preference for Cantonese knowledge.
Possess understanding of Hong Kong and/or China's educational context; international experience is valued.
Associate Professor applicants must have strong research output, publications, and impact in relevant areas.
