Duties & Responsibilities

Contribute to viral RNA target analysis, RNA structure modeling, virtual screening, and compound prioritization.
Lead and execute end-to-end research projects in RNA-targeted therapeutics and antiviral drug discovery.
Design and implement translational research strategies and conduct biostatistical analysis of experimental data.
Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge proactively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Work mainly at Hong Kong Science Park with occasional work at the university.

Ph.D. degree with at least 3 years of postdoctoral research experience in related projects.
Prior experience in virology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
Expertise in medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, RNA structural biology, or computational chemistry preferred.
Experience in RNA-targeted therapeutics, molecular docking, RNA binding assays, or computational drug discovery highly advantageous.

One-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance.
