Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD courses in accounting.
- Conduct high-quality research in financial accounting, accounting data analytics, or auditing.
- Supervise postgraduate theses and mentor junior scholars.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold or expect to hold a PhD in accounting or a related field.
- Demonstrate excellence in research and teaching across all academic levels.
- Research Assistant Professors must show strong research potential; senior positions require proven research excellence and collaborative ability.
Appointment
- Full-time, tenure-track with initial fixed-term contract up to three years; outstanding candidates at Associate Professor or above may receive tenure upon appointment.
