Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach and develop undergraduate and postgraduate medical programs in otorhinolaryngology.
- Provide clinical service and patient care at the university's teaching hospitals.
- Conduct research and contribute to administrative duties in the department and faculty.
- Assist in developing the HKU-Shenzhen Hospital, with possible travel to Shenzhen required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Medical qualification registrable with the Medical Council of Hong Kong.
- Fellowship in Otorhinolaryngology from The Hong Kong College of Otorhinolaryngologists or equivalent.
- Senior-level specialization in otorhinolaryngology with clinical competence.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching medical students and training residents.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English for direct patient communication.
- Research achievements and publications in the field are advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time; Four-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance.
