Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programmes for professionals in post-critical incident intervention.
- Design intervention protocols and training curricula for mental health practitioners.
- Provide clinical psychology expertise within a multidisciplinary mental health team.
- Support the delivery of professional capacity building initiatives focused on psychological distress and recovery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Qualified clinical psychologist with relevant mental health practice experience.
- Demonstrated expertise or strong interest in post-critical incident intervention.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Appointment
- Full-time, one-year temporary contract (renewable subject to funding and performance).
