Duties & Responsibilities

  • Formulate, implement, and review systems, strategies, and plans for student development and support.
  • Head the Student Affairs Office and manage a team of professional staff.
  • Oversee co-curricular programs including whole-person development, service learning, sport development, and global exposure.
  • Provide counseling and support services for non-local and special education needs students.
  • Facilitate career planning, guidance, and alumni affairs.
  • Act as liaison between students and the University.
  • Work with academic schools, administrative units, and student groups to cultivate a supportive campus environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Possess good academic and professional qualifications, preferably at postgraduate degree level.
  • Demonstrate proven management experience in tertiary education youth settings.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
