Duties & Responsibilities
- Formulate, implement, and review systems, strategies, and plans for student development and support.
- Head the Student Affairs Office and manage a team of professional staff.
- Oversee co-curricular programs including whole-person development, service learning, sport development, and global exposure.
- Provide counseling and support services for non-local and special education needs students.
- Facilitate career planning, guidance, and alumni affairs.
- Act as liaison between students and the University.
- Work with academic schools, administrative units, and student groups to cultivate a supportive campus environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess good academic and professional qualifications, preferably at postgraduate degree level.
- Demonstrate proven management experience in tertiary education youth settings.
- Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
