Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and monitoring for the creative hub and education projects.
- Monitor project expenditure and financial performance against budgets and funding allocations.
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, reimbursement, and payment processes.
- Manage manpower planning and human resources administration for funded projects.
- Establish systems to monitor project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Cultural Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in project administration or budget management.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract — 2 years (re-appointment subject to performance review, mutual agreement, and funding availability).
