Duties & Responsibilities

Implement a rigorous, evidence-based outcome measurement framework using randomised control trials and mixed methods research.
Conduct comprehensive research on project impact, including data collection, statistical analysis, and qualitative interpretation.
Contribute to writing project reports and scholarly articles for publication in internationally refereed journals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, sports and music instructors, researchers, and administrators.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of the project's research objectives.

Master's degree or above in Education, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related discipline.
Substantial experience in educational research design, research methodologies, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
Strong background in statistics and data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata).
Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English with capacity for scholarly publication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
Prior experience in action research, longitudinal studies, or youth programs is advantageous; music knowledge is beneficial but not required.

Full-time, one-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
