Full-time/Part-time Research Assistant(s) (AI research and development)

Duties & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test AI tools, prototypes, and applications for language education and higher education projects.
Undertake full-stack web development including building web applications, user interfaces, APIs, and databases.
Conduct AI research including literature review, experiment design, model building, and statistical data analysis.
Provide research support such as data preparation, documentation, and report writing.
Perform other research-related and administrative duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline.
Proficiency in Python; experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue, Node.js, Django, or Flask is advantageous.
Familiarity with AI concepts including large language models, natural language processing, machine learning, and statistical methods.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese proficiency preferred.
Prior experience supporting research and development projects.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong responsibility, integrity, and self-motivation.

Full-time / Part-time — Contract up to one year commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to satisfactory performance, operational needs, and funding availability.
