Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize research findings.
- Develop research materials, resources, and programme content.
- Manage research data, perform statistical analysis, and prepare reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
- Supervise junior research staff and coordinate day-to-day operations (Senior Research Assistant level).
- Assist in preparing manuscripts, presentations, and other research outputs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or related discipline.
- For Senior Research Assistant: at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, or Master's degree with 1+ years experience, or Ph.D.
- Ability to independently manage research tasks and supervise junior staff (for Senior level).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SPSS or statistical analysis software preferred.
