Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research in embodied AI, medical robots, and related areas including control, autonomy, robot learning, and healthcare applications.
- Hold an appointment in an appropriate academic department within the institution.
- Contribute to teaching and research activities at the institution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, or a related field by the time of appointment.
- Demonstrate outstanding research credentials in embodied AI and medical robotics.
- Possess expertise in areas such as control, autonomy, robot learning, physical AI, or healthcare robotics.
Appointment
- Full-time; Assistant Professor positions are initially on a three-year contract with gratuity payable upon completion.
