Duties & Responsibilities

Design AI recommendation models based on demographic information and user behavior in games.
Design reinforcement learning models based on user interaction data.
Fine-tune models based on collected data and develop an API for system integration.
Coordinate with the development team for dataset preparation and system integration.
Conduct comprehensive testing of the research component and integrated system.
Design user studies to evaluate the recommendation system performance.

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related disciplines.
Practical understanding of software system design and cloud architecture.
Relevant research experience and implementation experience with recommendation models.
Experience with PyTorch and MongoDB.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong debugging, integration skills, and experience with API development or software testing preferred.
