Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the database services team with technical guidance and resource allocation.
Oversee planning, architecture, and execution of the new ERP system setup with focus on database migration and data integrity.
Manage performance, availability, and security of mission-critical application systems and database infrastructure.
Provide technical support for UNIX and Linux system administration, including setup, configuration, and patch upgrades.
Implement and maintain database backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and high-availability solutions.
Collaborate with application development teams to optimize database schema design and performance.
Troubleshoot complex system and database incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Maintain system and database security procedures, including access control and data encryption.
