Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, operate, and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems including account provisioning and access rights review.
Investigate and respond to security incidents affecting the University's IT infrastructure.
Develop, operate, and maintain Key Management Systems (KMS) including key life-cycle management policy and application integration.
Operate the Security Operation Centre (SOC) in coordination with an outsourced provider for cybersecurity tasks and investigations.
Enhance Security Information and Event Management System (SIEM) through application onboarding and detection logic development.
Perform daily network security operations and first-line diagnostics for security issues and services.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with network security products including Firewall, EDR, SIEM, Secure Email Gateway, Network Access Control, WAF, IDS/IPS, and MSS.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, data protection, SSO/MFA, and operating systems.
Strong understanding of user account lifecycle management.
