Information Technology Manager (Workflow and RPA)

Duties & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage automated workflow solutions to streamline administrative and academic operations.
Architect and implement workflow with RPA applications to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with academic and administrative units to identify digital transformation opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, manage external vendors and system integrators, and ensure timely delivery.
Serve as subject matter expert, supervising internal technical teams and external consultants on system design and deployment.
Engage business users to collect functional requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in IT application development.
Demonstrated success in developing and managing workflow automation applications using workflow engines such as ServiceNow.
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and guide a small team.
Capability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
Solid project management skills, including vendor coordination and oversight.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with academic and administrative stakeholders.
Ability to work well in team environments and independently.

Full-time, fixed-term contract of 2 years; re-appointment subject to performance review, mutual agreement, and funding availability.
