Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain PCs, servers, and networking equipment for campus operations.
- Install and manage software and operating systems for PCs and servers.
- Provide IT technical support and resolve technical issues.
- Support technology-enhanced learning environments and AI platform adoption.
- Assist with procurement and inventory control of IT equipment and software.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Higher diploma in relevant discipline plus 1 year experience, or diploma/certificate plus 2 years experience.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware administration, operation, maintenance and networking support.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
- Experience in web-based media, computer graphics design, or MS Teams conferencing setup preferred.
