Duties & Responsibilities

Lead installation, administration, and maintenance of campus-wide network infrastructure, hyper-converged infrastructure, and virtualisation environments.
Manage and support specialised academic and research platforms including high-performance AI computing, cybersecurity training, and game development engines.
Manage laboratory facilities and resources, including procurement, inventory control, and technical supervision of renovation works.
Supervise and train technical staff, enforce safety regulations, and maintain operational efficiency of designated units.
Oversee enterprise software licensing and campus-wide timetabling systems using automation tools and analytics.

Diploma or higher certificate in Information Technology, Multimedia, or relevant discipline.
At least 6 years of relevant work experience in technical support, multimedia content creation, or application development.
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity platforms, infrastructure tools, campus operations systems, licensing software, or automation scripting.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
Strong supervisory, communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
Self-initiative and ability to work well in a team.

Full-time permanent appointment with flexibility for irregular hours and different work locations as needed.
