Duties & Responsibilities

Install, operate, and maintain teaching facilities, tools, and equipment while performing improvement and repair work.
Assist instructors with pre-class preparation, including preparing materials, tools, and instruments for lessons and practical sessions.
Purchase, receive, store, and manage workshop and laboratory resources, monitor consumable usage, and support inventory operations.
Supervise junior staff and contractors on maintenance, repairs, and construction projects while assessing work safety and equipment installation.
Transport teaching equipment and manage waste disposal while maintaining workshop safety and cleanliness.
Support college events, exhibitions, and performances.

Complete recognized relevant training with minimum two years' work experience, or pass a skills test with equivalent experience.
Operate milling machines, lathes, and 3D printers.
Possess basic computer skills including email and office applications.
Read and write Chinese and simple English.
First aid certificate or workshop maintenance experience preferred.
