Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with laboratory and project administration, including licences, purchase orders, inventory and budgets.
- Assist with documentation such as website updates, equipment logs, and staff records.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and School policy.
- Ensure safety and security in laboratories.
- Coordinate and support daily activities and events of the School.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Computer Science or related discipline with post-qualification experience preferably in tertiary institutions.
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, responsible, able to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Solid experience in laboratory and project administration is advantageous.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
