Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and Master-level courses in digital society, artificial intelligence, media and culture, or related sociology subfields.
- Participate in departmental teaching development initiatives and academic activities.
- Provide community liaison and service to the department.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in sociology.
- Demonstrate relevant teaching experience.
- Show potential for effective teaching in digital society, artificial intelligence, media and culture, or related areas.
- Preference given to candidates with expertise in sociology of technology, work and organisations, media and society, or sociological theory.
Appointment
- Contract — one to two years, renewable subject to performance and mutual agreement.

- Start date: August 2026 or as soon as practicable thereafter.
