Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise internal staff and contractors performing installation, repair, maintenance and testing of electrical installations.
- Prepare documents and drawings for tender of project and repair/maintenance works with subsequent supervision.
- Seek improvements on system operation to achieve carbon reduction.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including overtime, shifts, and weekend/public holiday work as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognised institution.
- At least 3 years' post-qualification supervisory experience in electrical installation, operation and maintenance.
- Grade A registered electrical worker (REW) qualification.
- Ability to prepare reports in English and Chinese.
- Good computer skills in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight schedules.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year contract (renewable) with contract-end gratuity
