Works Supervisor I/II (Building Services – Electrical) (carrying the job title of ‘Maintenance Officer’)

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise internal staff and contractors performing electrical installation, repair, maintenance and testing.
Prepare documents and drawings for tender of projects and repair/maintenance works with subsequent supervision.
Seek improvements to system operation to achieve carbon reduction.
Work overtime, shifts, and weekends/public holidays as required.

Hold a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognised institution.
Have at least 3 years' post-qualification supervisory experience in electrical installation, operation and maintenance.
Be a Grade A registered electrical worker (REW).
Prepare reports in English and Chinese.
Possess good computer skills in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight schedules.
Experience in testing/commissioning emergency generator systems and valid driving licence (Class 1 and 2) are advantageous.

Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
