Duties & Responsibilities
- Work on the Jockey Club Health Programme for Adult Persons with Disabilities under Professor Kelvin Wang's supervision.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to implement the project.
- Provide direct nursing care and health monitoring for participants.
- Coordinate and support health-related interventions and assist in care planning.
- Conduct health education and perform other nursing-related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and registration with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
- Strong clinical skills in health assessment, chronic disease management, and functional rehabilitation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for multidisciplinary team work.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
- Relevant experience or interest in clinical research, project coordination, or work with individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with digital health tools and IT systems is considered advantageous.
Appointment
- One-year temporary basis or two-year fixed term basis, with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
