Duties & Responsibilities
- Work on the Jockey Club Health Programme for Adult Persons with Disabilities under Professor Kelvin Wang's supervision.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to implement the project.
- Provide direct nursing care and health monitoring for participants.
- Coordinate and support health-related interventions and assist in care planning.
- Conduct health education and perform other assigned nursing duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and registration with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
- Strong clinical skills in health assessment, chronic disease management, and functional rehabilitation.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for multidisciplinary team collaboration.
- Relevant experience or interest in clinical research, project coordination, or work with NGOs or individuals with disabilities (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with digital health tools and IT systems (advantageous).
Appointment
- Full-time, one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed term basis, with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
