Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach the Basic Western Pastries and Desserts Making Certificate course.
- Prepare and update course materials and teaching notes.
- Assist in developing and marking examination papers.
- Compile and maintain student training records.
- Review course content, teaching methods and assessment approaches.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognized advanced diploma or equivalent qualification plus five years or more of relevant industry experience.
- Complete Form 3 or equivalent including Chinese and English Language.
- Fluent Cantonese with basic English and Mandarin.
- Pass a skills test.
- Experience in developing course materials is preferred.
