Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to alumni engagement strategies and their implementation.
- Produce content and social media materials featuring alumni aligned with vocational education values.
- Devise advertising strategies to promote alumni engagement content across media platforms.
- Administer design and publications for alumni portal and e-news.
- Implement projects and campaigns to enhance alumni relations and institutional connections.
- Provide administrative support for alumni website, database systems, and sponsorship schemes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, with experience in creative media, graphic design, copywriting, or newsletters preferred.
- Good knowledge of digital and social media marketing for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build connections with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
