Duties & Responsibilities

Teach electrical and air conditioning assembly courses.
Develop and update curriculum content, teaching materials, and assessment methods.
Handle administrative work related to students and teaching.
Assist in organizing and participating in student and departmental activities.
Manage procurement, maintenance, and equipment for teaching facilities and materials.

Hold a relevant bachelor's degree with 3+ years of industry experience, or a relevant diploma with 5+ years of experience.
Possess a valid electrical engineer registration certificate.
Demonstrate excellent communication and teaching skills with enthusiasm for mentoring youth.
Speak fluent Cantonese with good English proficiency and ability to write in both Chinese and English.
Have computer literacy.
Pass a skills test.
Relevant industry network or teaching experience preferred.
