Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research and secure external research grants and funding
- Develop and lead curricula and programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in professional and vocational education
- Supervise research projects and guide students as personal tutors
- Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement of teaching and learning
- Strengthen academic networks and collaborations with institutions locally and overseas
- Participate in departmental activities and service responsibilities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in relevant discipline(s)
- Teaching experience at tertiary level in professional and vocational education
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience in curriculum design, programme administration, and quality assurance
- Relevant professional teaching certificate (PGDE or QTS) is beneficial
