Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop curriculum, scheme of work, teaching materials and assessments for nutritional science and food hygiene modules aligned with learning outcomes and qualifications framework.
- Teach modules related to nutritional science, food hygiene and safety, occupational safety and health, and green practices.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and records related to the modules.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised degree in nutritional science, food science, or equivalent qualification.
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industrial experience, preferably in food, catering, or training industry.
- Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
- Hold a food hygiene certificate recognised by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department or equivalent.
- Possess good knowledge of basic computer applications and ability to pass a trade test.
- Registered Dietitian qualification with solid dietitian experience is highly preferred.
