Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop quality support services for project development and coordination across assigned programs.
- Create learning and teaching materials for postgraduate, professional diploma, and CPD courses.
- Propose teaching plans and provide relevant recommendations.
- Deliver programs and manage class discipline, attendance, and student engagement.
- Develop assessments, marking schemes, and perform academic and administrative duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a relevant recognised degree, FCII, ANZIIF fellowship, or equivalent qualification.
- Master's degree required for postgraduate teaching; doctorate preferred with dissertation supervision experience.
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience, with training experience as an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong communication, teaching, and facilitation skills in English and Chinese.
