Duties & Responsibilities

Manage financial operations including budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement fundraising strategies including grant applications, donor engagement, and event-based fundraising.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and optimize financial processes for cost-effectiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with donors, funding agencies, partners, and internal teams.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and organizational sustainability.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or delegates.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
At least 3 years' post-qualification work experience in Financial Management and Fundraising, preferably in non-profit or social enterprise sectors.
Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, compliance, and familiarity with non-profit accounting practices.
Experience developing and executing fundraising strategies, including grant writing and donor prospecting.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel knowledge.

Part-time contract — up to 1 year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
