Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating a research project on trauma-informed training for social workers.
- Conduct literature reviews on relevant topics.
- Assist with recruitment and coordination of research participants.
- Assist with preparation and delivery of research intervention.
- Assist with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
- Prepare research materials and maintain research records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently studying at a local university.
- Academic background or relevant experience in healthcare, social sciences, social work, psychology, or related disciplines preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with knowledge of SPSS or statistical software advantageous.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Appointment
- Part-time, up to 11 months (renewable subject to performance and funding)
