Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide general food and beverage service in the training restaurant, including guest greeting, menu recommendations, order taking, food service, and table clearing.
- Assist with kitchen operations including food preparation, ingredient washing and cutting, simple dish preparation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen environments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Primary 6 education or equivalent with at least one year of food service experience, or completion of relevant catering and kitchen courses.
- Diligent, responsible, and passionate about the hospitality industry.
- Able to perform general physical labor work.
- Able to read and write Chinese; English proficiency is preferred.
