Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the Director in strategic planning, policy formulation, and management of capital works and alteration projects.
Lead the Project Management Section for planning, implementing campus master plans, and managing consultants and contractors.
Formulate smart and green strategies for campus design in new and existing facilities.
Oversee funding applications with government bureaus and prepare related papers and reports.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Building Services, or Engineering disciplines.
At least 12 years of relevant experience including 10+ years post-qualification experience in complex building projects, preferably from client side or government.
Sound understanding of Hong Kong construction legislation and government procedures for major subvented projects.
Knowledge of building and building services works with contract administration experience.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and change management capabilities.
Excellent English and Chinese language proficiency including Putonghua.
