Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct primarily computational/dry-lab research on virus-host interactions, pathogenic determinants, and viral evolution.
Collaborate closely with wet-lab teams to address key research questions.
Independently lead research projects in multi-omics, structural bioinformatics, AI/deep learning, or genomics.
Write manuscripts, assist in grant applications, and co-supervise junior researchers and graduate students.

Hold a Ph.D. in Virology, Immunology, Microbiology, Pathogen Biology, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Demonstrate strong publication record with proven bioinformatic platform expertise.
Be proficient in at least one programming language (R, Python, C, or C++).
Possess expertise in multi-omics/single-cell analysis, structural bioinformatics, AI/deep learning, or genomics/bioinformatics.
Show responsibility, self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong English command.
Have hybrid background combining computational and hands-on molecular/virology experience (preferred but not required).

Full-time contract — two to three years, with possibility of renewal and promotion subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
