Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct viral RNA target analysis and RNA structure modeling for antiviral drug discovery.
- Perform virtual screening and molecular docking to identify candidate compounds.
- Design and synthesize small molecules targeting conserved viral RNA elements.
- Develop and optimize RNA binding assays and structure-activity relationship analysis.
- Contribute to early-stage drug discovery and compound prioritization.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, RNA biology, computational chemistry, or related discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, or RNA structural biology preferred.
- Experience in RNA-targeted therapeutics, molecular docking, or computational drug discovery highly advantageous.
