Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in developing assessment measures, collecting data, and analysing data for research projects.
Write academic articles and reports on research findings.
Supervise research assistants and student helpers conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
Present findings in both academic and non-technical ways in English and Chinese.
Opportunities to write academic papers and grants based on existing data and present at international conferences.

Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or related discipline (Postdoctoral Fellow) or Master's degree in related area (Senior Research Assistant).
Several years of research experience and advanced knowledge of statistical programmes including regression, ANOVAs, growth analysis, path analysis, and SEM.
Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English.
Research-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience in publishing in academic journals and evaluating programme effectiveness is advantageous.
