Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on chronic metabolic diseases including obesity, diabetes, ageing, and cardiovascular diseases.
- Discover and characterize novel humoral factors and biomarkers involved in metabolic homeostasis regulation.
- Perform biomedical experiments using molecular biology techniques and biostatistical analysis.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree required, preferably with experience in molecular biology, immunology, bioinformatics, or multi-omics.
- Experience with genetically-modified mice manipulation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
Appointment
- Temporary contract for 1–3 years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability; commencement as soon as possible.
