Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in educational administration, policy studies, digital education, curriculum studies, science education, or intelligent technology.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in relevant areas.
- Supervise postgraduate students and their research projects.
- Obtain external competitive grants to support research activities.
- Assist with administrative matters within the departments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in educational administration, policy studies, digital education, curriculum studies, science education, or intelligent technology.
- Demonstrate a strong research background with a track record of programmatic research and publications.
- Show commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarship.
- Have proven experience in cross-disciplinary or interdisciplinary teaching and research.
- For Professor/Associate Professor rank: demonstrate high standing and academic/international professional leadership in relevant fields.
- Preferred: in-depth knowledge of Chinese educational systems or the Greater Bay Area.
Appointment
- Contract basis for up to three years initially, with potential for longer-term appointment or substantiation subject to funding and mutual agreement.
