Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research in materials innovation for life sciences and/or energy applications.
- Supervise Ph.D. students and postdoctoral researchers within the interdisciplinary MILES institute.
- Collaborate across chemistry, materials science, nanotechnology, biomedical science, and energy innovation.
- Contribute to teaching and academic activities through joint appointment with a relevant department or faculty.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline such as physical sciences, engineering, or biomedical sciences.
- Research expertise in chemistry, materials, nanoscience, or related interdisciplinary areas.
- Track record of research excellence in one or more specified focus areas.
- Demonstrated ability to lead independent research programs and mentor students.
