Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Department in social work research and education.
- Conduct quality social work research and provide professional training.
- Build capacity within the academic department of social work.
- Mentor future thought leaders in the department, discipline, and profession.
- Foster transdisciplinary, cross-disciplinary, and international collaborations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrate a clear vision and dedication to quality social work research, education, and professional training.
- Possess a strong record of scientific research and publications in social work or social administration.
- Have experience in capacity building in an academic department of social work.
- Demonstrate transformational leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Show understanding of Hong Kong, China, and Asian culture.
