Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Department in social work research and education.
- Conduct quality social work research and publications in areas such as aging, mental health, family, and social policy.
- Mentor and nurture future thought leaders in the department, discipline, and profession.
- Foster transdisciplinary, cross-disciplinary, and international collaborations.
- Build capacity within the academic department of social work.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong record of scientific research and publications in social work or social administration.
- Experience in capacity building in an academic department of social work.
- Transformational leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality social work research, education, and professional training.
- Experience fostering international collaborations.
- Understanding of Hong Kong, China, and Asian culture.
