Duties & Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and organise programme and student events and activities.
  • Handle student affairs and provide academic administrative support.
  • Manage multichannel promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Develop publicity materials for digital and offline channels and manage social media platforms.
  • Provide office administrative and operational support.
  • Work irregular hours and travel overseas occasionally as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a good Bachelor's degree.
  • Have at least 2 years' relevant post-qualification work experience in marketing, event management, or student affairs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in mainstream social media platforms with digital promotion and content creation experience.
  • Have strong written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Display a student-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed work attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member while multitasking under pressure.
  • Have strong social media and design skills with willingness to learn new technologies such as AI tools.

Appointment

  • Full-time, 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
