Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on cardiomyocyte differentiation, heart development, and heart regeneration mechanisms.
- Work with cultured mammalian cells, zebrafish and mouse models, and adeno-associated viruses.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator to execute research projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
- Basic research laboratory experience in molecular and cellular biology and biochemistry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Desirable: recent laboratory experience, molecular biology skills, CRISPR/Cas9 expertise, and zebrafish handling experience.
Appointment
- Contract — one year, commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
