Duties & Responsibilities

Process and analyse sequencing and multi-omics data from internal and collaborating laboratories.
Assist in implementing, training, and benchmarking computational and machine-learning models.
Maintain analysis code, pipelines, and documentation in a reproducible manner.
Prepare analyses and figures for grant applications and manuscripts.
Collaborate with team members and external partners, presenting progress regularly.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related discipline (or pending completion for Junior position).
Working knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python or R.
Familiarity with Linux command line.
Strong interest in computational methods applied to biological data.
Experience or coursework in bioinformatics, machine learning, or statistical analysis of high-dimensional data; single-cell data analysis experience preferred.
Fluent English in writing and speaking.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Full-time contract for one year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance, funding availability, and mutual agreement.
