Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with data collection, coding, statistical analysis, and dissemination of research findings.
- Support research-related events and activities such as workshops and conferences.
- Perform general administrative duties and other assigned tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, Second/Foreign Language Acquisition, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Strong quantitative research skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or Python.
- Hands-on experience in data collection and management including surveys, interviews, coding, and large dataset handling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interest in interdisciplinary research in language education, educational psychology, or positive psychology.
Appointment
- Full-time, 1-year contract (renewable)
